Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original payment method.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
