Our Commitment
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
